85th Annual Poster -2020-2021

85th Annual
St. Paul Rodeo

The St. Paul Rodeo Wild West Art Show Committee is pleased release the 85th St. Paul Rodeo and Wild West Art Show Poster. The centerpiece is a historic (1970) photo of a St. Paul Rodeo Grand Entry. Salem Saddle Club riders including Jack Linderman with St. Paul Rodeo members Tony and Bill Halter carry the flags. A favorite St. Paul Rodeo clown, Wilbur Plaugher can be seen in the paddock line up. “Cowboys and Cowgirls come a ridin” is a quote from Mel Lambert who was an announcer for our rodeo in the 1940s and from 1961 to 1987. Thank you to Georgene Bernards for the concept and design of this commemorative poster. They are available for $10 at the rodeo house (call before you come) and they will also be available at the annual member meeting this month.
