2023 St. Paul Rodeo Royal Court Selected

After a full day of competition with 6 talented cowgirls, three young ladies were chosen to reign over the 87th St. Paul Rodeo which will take place on June 30 – July 4, 2023. The newly selected St. Paul Rodeo Court is Queen Mary Olney, Princess Jessica Lincoln, and Princess Jenna Singer. The Court will continue its grand tradition of representing the Nation’s Greatest 4th of July Rodeo in parades, rodeos, and other events throughout the Northwest.


Queen Mary Olney

Queen Mary Olney, grew up in Warm Springs and now calls Beavercreek home. The daughter of Sonia Heath, Mary graduated Madras High School in 2019, then completed certification in a Professional Welding program. Presently working as a fabricator, Mary is pursuing her dream of becoming a pediatric nurse as a student in the nursing program at Clackamas Community College. She has been involved in community activities throughout her tenure with 4-H, FFA, and high school varsity sports activities, then has gone on to help with promotion of fairs and rodeos in her home communities. She plans to dedicate her life to helping people around her and inspiring them to be the best version of themselves. Her teammate for all mounted functions will be Dixie, an AQHA mare that Mary describes as having "equal amounts of sass & class!"


Princess Jessica Lincoln

Princess Jessica Lincoln, the daughter of Barbie Muhly and Jeff Lincoln, calls Hillsboro, Oregon "home". She graduated with Honors in 2020 from Liberty High School, and in 2021, she graduated Portland Community College with an Associates of Science Focused in Criminal Justice. Jessica's love of animals drives her exploration for the best way to spend time working with them possibly moving her into work with Oregon Fish & Wildlife as a game warden. Jessica was very involved in 4-H and represented Oregon at National Congress and National Conference. She has spent time the past couple of years marketing fairs and rodeos. Jessica's equine partner for mounted events will be Cowboy, an AQHA chestnut gelding with white blaze and 4 white socks.


Princess Jenna Singer

Princess Jenna Singer, Sherwood, Oregon and the daughter of Randy and Kelly Singer, is on track to graduate with Honors in spring, 2023 from Sherwood High School. Enrolled in multiple duel credit and AP courses, she is earning college credits to apply to a program that will help her become an ultrasound technician. Jessica has shown livestock through 4-H and FFA winning Master Showmanship three times and producing multiple Champion market animals. She developed her love of horses at an early age and has a strong partnership with her AQHA gelding, Dually, as they compete in Breed shows and stock and ranch horse shows in the versatility classes as ranch riding, ranch reining, ranch trail, and cow horse. Dually is a dark chestnut with 3 white socks and a blaze and will carry Jenna during her mounted events.

The Nation’s Greatest Fourth of July Rodeo will return for 87th year with the promise of top rodeo action, family fun and patriotism, June 30 – July 4, 2023. Six action packed PRCA Rodeos, Tack Room Saloon, 4th of July Parade, Carnival, Vendors and Fireworks after every evening show! Tickets go on sale late October, 2022.
