Royalty is ready!

St Paul Rodeo Association and its 2023 Royal Court welcomes fans from all over the world to the 87th annual Fourth of July St. Paul Rodeo June 30 - July 4, 2023.


Court Chosen

Royal Court members will spend a busy year as ambassadors from the St. Paul Rodeo to the greater Northwest as they appear in parades, rodeos and other events throughout the area. Competition for court membership fills an entire day as talented applicants demonstrate speaking, riding, and impromptu skills.

Princess Jessica

Princess Jessica Lincoln calls Hillsboro, Oregon home. She is the daughter of Barbie Muhly. She was a 2020 graduate of Liberty High School and a 2021 PCC graduate with an Associates in Criminal Justice, in hopes of becoming a game warden. Jessica even has her own candle company. In high school Jessica participated in soccer, basketball, track, and Oregon High School Equestrian Team. She also completed the 9 year 4-H program focusing on her beef projects. When not rodeoing, Jessica enjoys hunting, hiking, making candles, and enjoying the great outdoors. Her equine partner this year will be Cowboy, a 17-year-old gelding.

Queen Mary

Queen Mary Olney grew up on the Warm Springs Reservation. This is also where she developed a love for horses and the sport of rodeo. She was also very engaged in learning about her rich native culture. Mary graduated from Madras High School in 2019 with Honors. During that time she participated in Soccer, Cheer, Softball, National Honor Society, and Student Council. She was also active in the Lyle Gap 4-H Club and President of the Madras FFA chapter. In the Fall of 2019, Mary set off to achieve a professional welding certification at Tulsa Welding School in Oklahoma. Since then she has graduated and acquired a full-time job as a fabricator. She is currently working towards her biggest career goal at Clackamas Community College where she plans to become a pediatric nurse. In her spare time, Mary loves helping her community and spending time with her horses Dixie and Lonestar! She enjoys going on long trail rides, working on new skills with her horses, and attending gaming competitions whenever she has the opportunity.

Princess Jenna

Princess Jenna Singer, from Sherwood, Oregon, is the daughter of Kelly Singer and Randy Singer. In the spring of 2023, Jenna will be graduating from Sherwood High School. While in school, she has participated in FFA, 4-H, and the Oregon High School Equestrian Team. After high school, she hopes to expand her medical knowledge by attending a local sonography program. This year she will be riding her nine-year-old quarter horse gelding, Dually. Together they have shown in countless ranch horse shows and have recently traveled to Oklahoma for the AQHA World Show.

2024 Royal Court Selection Information

Selection of the 2024 St. Paul Rodeo Royal Court is scheduled for Sunday, October 1, 2023 at the Yamhill County Fairgrounds, 2070 NE Lafayette Ave, McMinnville, Oregon 97128. Information and application for candidates for the 2024 Royal Court available here.
