Queen Morgan Cuff is the 21-year-old daughter of Tony and Kathy Cuff. She is a fourth-generation grass seed and hazelnut farmer from Woodburn, Oregon. Morgan graduated from Blanchet Catholic High School in 2022. Her dedication and love for horses started at a young age and has never stopped. Morgan was a nine-year member of the Saddle Slapper Marion County 4-H Club, winning numerous county and state high-point awards. She also excelled on the Oregon High School Equestrian Team, earning many awards, including the District Versatility Buckle and the Champion of the PNWIC Regional Cow Sorting. With a passion for farming, Morgan will graduate from Oregon State University in 2026 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Science and a minor in Crop Science. She has been a field scout for the past three summers and is on track to become an agronomist in the Willamette Valley. Morgan is a member of the Oregon State Stock Horse Team, continuing her drive to compete at the college level. When Morgan isn’t helping with seasonal harvests on the farm or tending to her horses, she enjoys the outdoors with her family, which includes camping, fishing, game nights, and watching her brother Dylan on the baseball field. The St. Paul Rodeo has been a yearly tradition for Morgan, starting at a young age watching from the stands, but in 2024, Morgan was honored to serve as the 2024 St. Paul Rodeo Princess. With love for this rodeo and community, Morgan and her 6-year-old bay roan quarter horse, Ty, are honored to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the St. Paul Rodeo with all of you!
