This is a fun and colorful community parade with entries from all over the North Willamette Valley. Come out early to stake out your spot on the parade route and enjoy Americana at its best on this very special, patriotic holiday.

Parade Registration 2026

Preregistration is required for participation in the parade. Online registration is open now and ends June 29, 2026. Number of participants is limited to the first 120 entries received. Late entries will be allowed to fill cancellation spots.

Complete the entry form at the bottom of this page. Be sure to include descriptive information about your entry for use by the announcer at the reviewing stand.

  • Entry Deadline: June 29, 2026
  • Entry Limit: First 120 entries received
  • Event Details: Information regarding staging, placement, parade route, and entry number will be emailed no later than July 2, 2026

General Rules & Regulations (All Entries)
All participants must follow instructions from parade officials and law enforcement.
The St. Paul Rodeo Parade Committee reserves the right to remove any entry at any time.

  • No distribution of items (including candy, merchandise, or literature) is allowed from vehicles or floats unless pre-approved by the Parade Committee Chair.
  • Firearms and noise-making devices are prohibited.
  • Commercial vehicle limit: Maximum of three (3), each must be registered separately.
  • Staging Deadline: All entries must be in place by 9:00 AM (gates will close at that time).
Float Entries
  • Decorations must reflect the parade theme.
  • Advertising must be secondary to the overall design.
  • Drivers must be licensed and vehicles must carry liability insurance.

Motor & Business Vehicles
  • Must be in safe, working condition.
  • Drivers must be licensed and vehicles must carry liability insurance.
  • Limit of three (3) vehicles per business; each must be registered separately.
  • Vehicles without floats must still register as business vehicles, regardless of era.
Motorcycles & Four-Wheelers
  • Must maintain forward motion only.
  • All tires must remain on the ground at all times.
  • No racing or sudden/fast movements permitted.

Equestrian Entries
  • No stallions allowed.
  • Riders must maintain control of their animals at all times. Unsafe participants may be removed at the Committee’s discretion.
  • Load/unload only at designated staging areas.
  • Limit vehicles to truck and trailer; additional vehicles must park in town.
  • Rodeo performance Grand Entry participants should stage at the rodeo grounds and travel to parade staging accordingly.
Marching Groups & Bands
  • All participants must be in full uniform.
  • Groups should be prepared to perform if requested.
