Tack Room Saloon

The meeting/gathering place for the over twenty-one crowd to enjoy liquid refreshment before, during, and after the rodeo performances, is ranked "One of the Top 20 Cowboy Bars in the West" by American Cowboy Magazine. From the moment you walk in, you are surrounded by sights and sounds of 87 years of St. Paul Rodeo and local historical lore. Everything here has a story.

The Tack Room Saloon is located under the Grandstands near Section A/B. Entrance is on the outside of the stadium.

Outpost Bar

Back in 2021 we were looking for more room for our adult Rodeo fans to enjoy a beverage. As a result, the Outpost was born. As the name implies, the Outpost is located just outside and to the west of the main Rodeo arena under one of the big tents.

Rodeo fans can enjoy a variety of adult beverages from the 2 separate serving stations. The Pendleton trailer serves all of our liquor, mixed and premium drinks. And the long bar serves beer, well drinks, hard seltzer, hard cider, hard lemonade and wine.

The Outpost features live streaming of the Rodeo for each performance and has a large footprint which allows for plenty of elbow room, either in the open or under the big tent.

Grab your friends, look for the banners by the big tents and come see us at the Outpost.

Vendors

Our vendors provide an opportunity to take home a piece of the rodeo experience. Located around the grounds, you'll find clothing boutiques, artists, cowboy hats and more.

FIREWORKS

Following every rodeo performance, we illuminate the sky with a spectacular fireworks display. Hang around your seat, or head towards the west side of the grounds near the Ticket Office, to get an incredible view!

Carnival

The St. Paul Rodeo carnival is a hub of family-friendly entertainment. With a variety of rides, games and fair food, there's something for everyone to enjoy. From classic attractions to thrilling rides, the carnival offers a mix of fun for all ages.

Davis Shows Northwest has been our carnival provider for the many years.

Owned and operated by Pat and Geraldine Davis, Davis Shows NW, Inc., is a family oriented traveling carnival. Pat’s parents, Mannie & Melba Davis opened Davis Amusement Company back in 1950 and passed on the family tradition of providing quality rides and games in a carnival atmosphere to their children.

At Davis Shows NW, we take great pride in providing safe family oriented rides, games, and quality food concessions throughout the season. As a traveling amusement company, we are able to offer our family friendly carnival experience at fair grounds, shopping centers, and other prime locations in the Pacific Northwest, Nevada and Idaho.

Davis Shows NW takes several steps to insure our customer’s safety. These include the following:

Rides are inspected daily by maintenance personnel to be sure they will function properly and safely.
Weekly employee safety meetings.
Regular employee safety training, which includes employee attendance at the Northwest Showmen’s Club annual safety seminar and additional third party training.
Clearly posted signs on rides to explain size requirements for the faster rides.
We operate a full time repair shop in Tygh Valley, Oregon where we complete regular maintenance and major overhauls on our equipment.
Insurance company ride inspections.
On site unit managers to oversee operations and help to insure safety at every show.
